Minimum Order - $150; orders for SymCom product must be on separate POs from SSAC (they cannot be combined on same PO)
Handling Fee - $5.00 Handling Fee will be assessed on each order.
Freight Allowed - $1500, excluding any items with hard coded special pricing
Technical Support – email to [email protected], or [email protected] , or call 800-843-8848. There are 3-4 members on the TS team, and they are not assigned geographically (anyone can help).
Customer Service – handles order entry, expedite requests, lead-time information, email to [email protected], or [email protected]. There are 4-5 members on the CS team, and they are not assigned geographically (anyone can help).
Lead Times – On price sheets, the far left-hand column designates Preferred Products with a dot, and Non-Preferred with no dot. Preferred Products have a 4-6 day lead-time, and Non-Preferred have a 10-15 day lead-time. Large quantity orders may have longer leadtimes, subject to parts availability. Preferred Products are returnable for 100% credit within 1 year or shipment. Non-Preferred Products are not returnable.
Accounts Receivable – email to [email protected] (both companies). Standard terms are 30 days payment from issuance of invoice
